Refund and Return Policy

At Little Champs Hub, we want you and your little ones to love our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 15 days.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Booklets or printed materials must not have any writing, marks, tears, or signs of use.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (if any).

  • Items purchased during a clearance, flash sale, or specific promotional events (unless damaged upon receipt).

  • Products that show clear signs of usage or physical damage by the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Share a clear photo or video of the issue at WhatsApp No:+92 319 8156498, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to littlechampshubpk@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 319 8156498 with your Order ID and the reason for return/exchange.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Dispatch: Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our designated warehouse/address.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product received was damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
