1. Delivery Charges

• Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 for deliveries across Pakistan.

• Free Delivery Offer: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders across Pakistan during our promotional campaigns / on orders above Rs. 1600. 

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

• You will receive a notification via WhatsApp SMS or Email once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will reach your doorstep within the following timelines:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 3 working days.

• Other Cities & Towns across Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience and trust. You only pay when the parcel is safely delivered to your hands.

• Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready upon delivery to help our courier partners serve you efficiently.

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website (e.g., Leopard, TCS, CallCourier) to check the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Orders

• Our courier partner will make up to 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel.

• Please ensure your provided phone number is active and reachable so the rider can coordinate with you before delivery.

• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or repeated non-contact will be canceled.
